- Experience leading large product management teams.
- Experience with software development in an agile environment.
- Experience in healthcare industry is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Define visions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Manage OKRs and KPIs to evaluate progress and product health.
- Lead cross-functional product leadership teams and align stakeholders across units.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing product team and drive career growth.
- Oversee product launches, beta testing, user feedback collection, and documentation.
