Qualifications

4+ years of business analysis or related experience in financial tech or data integration.
Experience with investment platforms or data integration environments preferred.
Proficient in ETL concepts and SQL, able to document mappings and transformation rules.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document requirements for data integration and ETL workflows.
Collaborate with Product Owner and engineering to define ETL design details.
Translate business needs into user stories, mappings, acceptance criteria.
Work with Pentaho Kettle, Talend, SQL to support ETL design and operations.
Assist QA in defining test scenarios and data validation for ETL workflows.
Support migration planning toward Azure cloud-based platforms.
