Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations across U.S. facilities.

You will lead injury prevention programs, conduct risk assessments, and support regulatory readiness across store networks and distribution centers. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in EHS with strong data analysis, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to travel 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety & Health, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, EHS or relevant study.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in retail or distribution contexts.
• Knowledge of modern EHS management principles and regulations.
• Experience handling Workers' Compensation claims and insurance standards.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel 50% or more and influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of EHS programs across locations.
• Lead OSHA and regulatory compliance initiatives and investigations.
• Conduct site risk assessments and data analysis to drive improvements.
• Coordinate injury/illness reporting and liaise with Legal and Insurance teams.
• Ensure adherence to company loss-reduction policies and procedures.
• Lead special EHS projects as assigned.
