THE·TEAM seeks a seasoned Strategy & Consulting leader to oversee portfolio measurement, strategy, and the Fanatics partnership on the American Express account. You will direct client service teams, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables while aligning with the client’s goals.

In this role you will build strong relationships with clients and partners, develop program metrics, and lead cross-functional teams through complex timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 12+ years relevant experience with 10+ years in account and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel for decks and budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across demographics.
• Proven account management skills to grow customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, initiative and independent work habits.
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytically skilled.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs team members in client service, partnership measurement and strategy.
• Leads teams evaluating partnership constructs and develops strategic directions from briefs to programs.
• Establishes program metrics at the front end and measures effectiveness at the back end.
• Maintains relationships with clients, properties, talent partners and vendors.
• Manages client budgets, tracking, billing and reporting.
• Serves as primary client contact, guiding regular check-ins and issue resolution.
• Coaches staff and participates in annual goal setting and reviews with leadership.
• Builds strategic plans leveraging insights and data to meet client objectives.
• Drives new business opportunities and supports client pitches and RFP responses.
