Job summary

THE TEAM is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Consulting professional to lead portfolio measurement, strategy, and the Fanatics partnership on the American Express account. You will oversee partnerships, teams, and processes to ensure client satisfaction and align goals with agency capabilities.

You will manage budgets, drive two-way communication, and develop strategic plans leveraging data insights to exceed client objectives, while mentoring staff and supporting business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 12+ years relevant experience with a minimum of 10 years of direct experience in account and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel for deck development and budget management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across demographics.
• Proven account management with ability to cultivate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs team members in client service, partnership measurement and strategy.
• Leads teams responsible for evaluating and vetting partnership constructs and strategic direction.
• Establishes program success metrics and determines program effectiveness.
• Maintains oversight of and delegates client-related and partnership budgets.
• Serves as primary point of contact for clients and partners, managing regular check-ins and status meetings.
