THE·TEAM is seeking a senior Strategy & Consulting lead to drive portfolio measurement, strategy, and the Fanatics partnership on the American Express account. You will oversee partnerships, teams and budgets while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

We value relationship-building with clients, properties, talent partners and media vendors; you will set the tone for proactive communication, problem solving and growth opportunities across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive experience in account and project management.
• Brought leadership and client-relations skills with a history of building strong partnerships.
• Demonstrated budgeting, forecasting and negotiation abilities in complex client programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
