Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience in growth strategy, growth hacking, innovation, and new ventures.
• Background in product strategy and development.
• Experience in business management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support initiatives with material impact on LPL and clients.
• Build strategic perspectives and lead project execution.
• Collaborate with key partners and leaders across LPL.
• Interact with advisors to gather feedback and insights.
• Lead data insights and reporting for assigned projects.
• Create and deliver presentations on growth strategies and plans.
• Balance strategy execution with business management tasks.
• Maintain communications channels and data management.
• Coordinate with internal partners on deliverables.
• Support business continuity planning efforts.
• Manage special projects like process improvements and data analysis.
• Drive cross-functional change initiatives on behalf of the Chief of Staff.
• Develop materials and PowerPoint presentations ad hoc.
• Support planning and execution of team events and engagement activities.
