iCapital Network in New York is seeking a Strategic Development and Planning AVP to drive operational efficiency and support growth under the OIPM Business Excellence team.
The role involves partnering with OIPM and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, build data-driven analyses, and advance KPI reporting as the company scales in fintech.
The position offers exposure to senior leadership, equity plus annual bonus, and a flexible office schedule with remote Fridays.
Formación
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience building financial models and scenario analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in presenting outputs clearly.
- Experience with BI tools to create dashboards and reports.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with OIPM teams to drive operational initiatives and measure impact.
- Track and evaluate execution of strategic initiatives against growth objectives.
- Develop and report OIPM KPIs; continuously improve reporting.
- Serve as central coordinator for cross-functional projects across COO and business units.
- Conduct research and analyses; translate insights for stakeholders.
