Job summary

Everly is seeking an AVP of Innovation & Strategic Initiatives in the United States, remote with occasional travel. You will translate high-priority strategic opportunities into operating capabilities and launched solutions, working directly with C-suite and senior leaders to shape roadmaps and partnerships.

You will map end-to-end customer/advisor journeys, align cross-functional teams, and drive execution from concept through launch in a fast-changing financial services landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, product innovation, technology-enabled transformation, or operating-model development within financial services or related consulting/tech roles.
• Experience structuring and executing strategic partnerships or platform integrations with clear product/tech/operating requirements.
• Proven ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority strategic growth and innovation initiatives from thesis to launch, including business-case development.
• Frame decisions for C-suite and senior leaders and own stakeholder alignment, milestones and outcomes.
• Drive complex strategic partnerships with distributors and technology providers with clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Map end-to-end customer/advisor journeys and translate them into experience requirements linking commercial goals to tech enablement.
• Develop and oversee integrated roadmaps for technology and business capabilities to support growth initiatives.
• Evolve operating model to connect strategy with product, distribution, tech and operations, including governance and accountability.
