Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President Graphic Designer to craft on-brand visual communications across marketing, brand, and investment content for B2B audiences in New York.

You will translate complex financial data into clear visuals, collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with in-office Mon-Thu, remote Fri.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of B2B graphic design experience, preferably within financial services
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, presentation, and data-driven design
• Motion design and animation experience is a plus
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear visuals
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Director to translate concepts into polished visual designs across digital, print, presentation, and campaigns
• Design a broad range of materials including PowerPoint presentations, digital ads, social graphics, brand collateral, and event materials
• Create investment-focused content such as market commentaries, white papers, thought leadership reports, and executive presentations
• Translate complex investment concepts and data into clear visuals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Writers, and SMEs to ensure messaging is effective
• Apply iCapital’s visual identity consistently and elevate output quality
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work
• Collaborate with external agencies to maintain visual consistency
• Contribute ideas during creative development and stay current with trends
