Responsibilities

• Serve as an independent challenge and alignment function to improve decision quality across enterprise and market levels.
• Evaluate strategic priorities, assumptions, and growth initiatives for alignment with objectives and realities.
• Advance decision-making capabilities through better frameworks, governance, and disciplines.
• Act as Secretary of Bid Decision Forums, maintaining official records and governance adherence.
• Support Chairs in governance with agenda development, decision documentation, issue escalation, and communication of outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
