Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue strategic opportunities across the portfolio.
• Manage strategic projects for the Office of the CEO and leadership teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Advise on three-year strategic plans linked to financial implications.
• Translate strategic plans into operational plans for business units.
• Interpret data to monitor impact of strategies and report findings.
• Engage external experts to inform internal innovation and thinking.
• Develop associates through coaching and leadership opportunities.
