Humana Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President for Integration & Value Creation to drive enterprise-wide transformation and complex integration programs with measurable business outcomes.

This leader partners with senior executives to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and realize sustainable enterprise value. The role spans strategy through execution, including Day 1 readiness, governance, and change management across multiple functions in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy execution, transformation, integration, consulting, operations, or corporate development.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases, synergy models, and value realization plans.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree).
• Experience leading M&A integrations and post-transaction value capture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Define value creation opportunities and measurable business outcomes aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Business Segments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding integration, transformation, and value realization initiatives.
• Prepare and present updates, recommendations, risks, and performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team and other governance bodies.
• Establish KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track initiative progress and business impact.
