Job summary

LPL Financial seeks an Assistant Vice President to support Service strategy and conversions within the Service organization. You will partner with the Vice President and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, design readiness, and execution for acquisitions, advisor transitions, and other business integrations.

You will translate strategy into action, improve decision-making, and coordinate cross-functional readiness to ensure smooth conversions and post-conversion stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or business strategy.
• 3+ years of PowerPoint experience to consolidate complex information into a story.
• 3+ years of analytics and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Service leadership to define, refine, and drive the long-term strategy for Service.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that improve Service capabilities and advisor experience.
• Develop strategic business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Analyze industry trends, performance data, and enterprise priorities to inform strategy.
• Conduct structured problem solving to uncover insights and shape recommendations.
