Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President to support Service strategy and conversions. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into action, improve decision-making quality, and drive efficiency in Service models for acquisitions and advisor transitions.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, building cross-functional relationships, and delivering results that enhance the advisor experience and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or business strategy.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint to consolidate complex information into a cohesive story.
• 3+ years of experience with analytics and reporting, including interpreting metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and drive the long-term strategy for Service.
• Lead initiatives to improve Service capabilities and advisor experience.
• Develop strategic business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Analyze industry trends and performance data to inform strategic direction.
• Translate strategy into clear, measurable actions for leaders.
