Job summary

State Street is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Support AVP for BestX, our multi-asset TCA and analytics platform. You will drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and support product adoption across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures.

You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, helping clients optimize execution and analytics usage while representing BestX at events and client meetings. Strong client engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in electronic trading, fintech, capital markets, TCA, analytics or a related financial services role.
• Strong product and market knowledge across FX, Fixed Income or Equities.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, prospects, partners, and industry participants.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress and revenue targets are met.
• Develop strategic account plans to expand existing client relationships and increase platform adoption.
