Job summary

KKR is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Sales Operations Support in Hartford, CT to define the vision and service model for Global Atlantic Individual Markets wholesalers and financial professionals. The AVP will lead the SOS organization to deliver high-quality service, strengthen distribution relationships, and drive measurable business results across the organization as it grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in annuity or financial services operations with leadership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with third-party administrators or outsourced service partners.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the SOS model end-to-end, resolving requests, escalations, and accommodations for internal and external partners.
• Provide leadership for the SOS organization across multiple business lines.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with sales teams and partners.
• Identify root causes of escalation trends and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Drive workflow efficiencies, standardize processes, and improve cycle times and STP rates.
• Promote self-service tools to reduce manual inquiries and accelerate resolution.
• Set and enforce service strategy, policies, and performance standards.
• Ensure coordinated, relationship-driven service across partners and early escalation handling.
• Use data to track trends, inform decisions, and present to executives.
