Job summary

GLAS, a global provider of institutional debt administration services, is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the Client Service Support Group in a hybrid model. Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations (loan agency, capital markets, etc.).
• Proven record in senior operational approvals, quality checks or exception management.
• Exposure to people leadership, workflow oversight or day-to-day team coordination preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear and proactive communication to elevate issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSSG team workload and ensure timely, accurate task completion.
• Serve as senior escalation point for operational issues and high-priority items.
• Perform and review senior-level operational tasks, including approvals and checks.
• Maintain lender/counterparty records and SSI setup in internal systems.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with Client Services and Transaction Management.
