Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in underwriting, product development, risk management, and distribution.
• Strong relationship management and broker network within the local market.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development strategies with retail/brokerage partners to maximize revenue.
• Serve as primary contact for agents/brokers and coordinate internal/external communications.
• Raise Sompo's profile by deepening broker relationships and brand awareness.
• Identify new agency relationships and support geographic/product diversification goals.
• Manage prospect lists, calendars, and follow-ups with key agency partners.
