Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience underwriting, analyzing, and servicing complex commercial surety accounts.
• Proven track record of establishing and developing distribution partner relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to collaboration and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to production and regional underwriting within assigned region.
