Job summary

Moody's Corporation seeks an experienced regulatory reporting leader to drive end-to-end excellence across Moody's Ratings framework. You will collaborate with technology, data owners, and compliance to design and enhance reports, ensuring data integrity and rigorous controls.

You will oversee process changes, back‑log prioritization, and UAT, while leveraging Six Sigma and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and strengthen regulatory compliance. US-based base salary applies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related work experience in financial services and/or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business process analysis, root cause analysis, and strengthening operational controls.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Self-starter and team player with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail, especially in managing documentation such as SOPs, training materials, and performance metrics.
• Data Management background and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency; able to implement AI-powered solutions and manage AI risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end regulatory reporting excellence by leading process design, operational controls, and stakeholder collaboration across Moody's Ratings global reporting framework.
• Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise on end-to-end reporting and rating processes, global regulatory policies, and procedures; ensure procedures and guidelines are followed.
• Partner with Technology, Product Analysts, Data Owners, and Compliance to enhance and design new reports and processes by leading re‑engineering and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong operational controls to safeguard data integrity, improve report accuracy, reduce risk, and support quarterly risk assessments.
• Approve process changes, manage new and enhanced business requirements from stakeholders, prioritize backlog for reports, and perform UAT and business readiness.
• Address all issues related to the report portfolio and drive discussions with analytical teams to remediate issues.
