Job summary

Moody's is seeking an AVP - Manager, Business Process Management in New York to lead end-to-end regulatory reporting design, controls, and stakeholder collaboration within Moody's Ratings Operations. You will partner with Technology, Product Analysts, Data Owners, and Compliance to enhance reports and processes by leading re-engineering and remediation activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related work experience in financial services and/or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process analysis and controls.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Self-starter and team player with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Data management background and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on AI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end regulatory reporting excellence by leading process design and controls.
• Partner with Tech, Product Analysts, Data Owners, and Compliance to enhance reports and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong operational controls to safeguard data integrity and accuracy.
• Approve process changes, manage new requirements, and perform UAT and readiness activities.
• Address issues related to the report portfolio and coordinate with multiple Moody's teams.
• Understand data lineage, quality, and definitions; discuss requirements with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and create dashboards for stakeholders with tech partners.
• Aim to streamline business processes and improve efficiency using Six Sigma tools.
