Moody's seeks an AVP Manager in Business Process Management to lead end-to-end regulatory reporting within the Ratings global framework from Moody's Ratings Operations and Controls. You will partner across Technology, Data Owners, Compliance, and Legal to redesign reports, strengthen controls, and drive data integrity.

A strong track record in Six Sigma and AI-focused improvements is valued. The role includes oversight of process design, metrics, and stakeholder communication, with a base salary

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in financial services or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business process analysis and controls.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Data management background and Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts and AI-powered workflow improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end regulatory reporting excellence via process design, controls, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Demonstrate SME on end-to-end reporting and regulatory policies and ensure procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product Analysts, Data Owners, and Compliance to design reports and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong operational controls to safeguard data integrity and report accuracy.
• Approve process changes, manage new requirements, and perform UAT and business readiness activities.
• Address issues related to the report portfolio and drive cross-functional remediation.
• Define data lineage, quality metrics, and build dashboards for stakeholders.
