Job summary

Align Credit Union in Lowell, MA seeks an AVP- Regional Sales Manager/ Hale Street Branch Manager to drive retail sales, business development, relationship growth, and sales accountability across the branch network. The role also provides leadership to the Hale Street Main Office.

Approximately 25% on Hale Street with on-site leadership and 75% regional leadership, partnering with Branch Managers to hit goals, grow membership and deposits, and refer lending opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of branch management, retail banking or credit union sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to meet sales and growth goals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales, business development, and relationship growth across the branch network.
• Provide leadership and management support to Hale Street Main Office and two Assistant Branch Managers.
• Lead regional sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and mentor Branch Managers.
• Track sales goals, pipelines, referrals, lending opportunities, and measure performance.
• Collaborate with Lending leaders to strengthen branch-generated loan activity.
