• Drive retail sales, business development, and relationship growth across the branch network.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Assistant Branch Managers and staff.
• Lead regional sales leadership, partner with Branch Managers to achieve sales goals and growth.
• Develop employer relationships, community partnerships, and referral sources to grow membership and deposits.
• Maintain accountability for branch sales and service results through reporting and action plans.
