Job summary

Align Credit Union is seeking an AVP- Regional Sales Manager / Hale Street Branch Manager to drive sales, business development, and member growth across the branch network. The role includes leadership of Hale Street Main Office and coaching two Assistant Branch Managers, while partnering with Branch Managers to achieve growth targets.

The AVP will coordinate with Lending leadership to identify opportunities, manage performance, and report results.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management support to Hale Street Main Office and two Assistant Branch Managers.
• Lead regional sales, business development, and growth initiatives with Branch Managers.
• Ensure consistent sales goals, pipeline management, reporting, and accountability across branches.
• Identify lending opportunities, strengthen branch loan activity, and refer member lending needs.
• Develop employer relationships, community partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Deliver timely reporting to Retail Branches leadership and participate in strategic retail projects.
