Job summary

HeartShare seeks an AVP of Quality Improvement & Performance Management to lead the enterprise QI engine. You will build dashboards with Power BI, craft scorecards, and automate reporting using Power Automate, Fabric lakehouse, and Copilot. You’ll coach leaders and advance data literacy across programs.

The role requires hands-on execution, cross-functional facilitation, and strong leadership to translate ODI strategy into tangible results while ensuring PHI/PII compliant AI use.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and enterprise performance management.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards or equivalent BI tooling.
• Experience facilitating performance reviews and structured improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate data into actionable quality improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency-wide QI methodology and ensure consistent application across programs.
• Coordinate enterprise performance reviews with program and operational leaders.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards and scorecards in Fabric lakehouse.
• Prototype Power Automate workflows to reduce manual reporting burden.
• Provide coaching to program leaders on data-driven practice and AI-assisted workflows.
