Job summary

HeartShare is seeking an AVP of Quality Improvement & Performance Management to lead enterprise QI and performance measurement, translating strategy into execution. The role requires hands-on work with Power BI, Fabric lakehouse, Copilot, and Power Automate to build dashboards, scorecards, and automations while guiding program leaders and teams toward a stronger data culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Public Health, or related field; equivalent combo considered.
• 6–8 years of progressive quality improvement, performance management or program evaluation experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience overseeing teams and projects.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and BI tooling; able to work directly with Fabric lakehouse.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the enterprise quality improvement framework and scorecards.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from problem definition through measurable results.
• Coach program leaders, conduct performance reviews, and drive data culture across service lines.
• Build and troubleshoot dashboards, scorecards, and automations; ensure governance and PHI/PII handling.
• Prepare executive-level analyses, dashboards, and briefing materials for SVP and Board distribution.
