Job summary

HeartShare is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Quality Improvement & Performance Management to translate ODI's strategy into day-to-day execution, coordinating performance reviews and driving QI methodology. The role is hands-on, requires fluency in Power BI, Fabric/Copilot, and Power Automate, and involves coaching program leaders toward a stronger data culture.

The AVP will lead enterprise performance reviews, maintain the framework, and ensure standardized reporting across service lines

Qualifications

Minimum 6–8 years of quality improvement, performance management, or related experience.
Experience building Power BI dashboards and BI tooling.
Supervisory experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the agency's performance management framework and scorecards.
Coordinate enterprise performance review meetings with program and operational leaders.
Oversee program outcome measurement and evaluation across service lines.
Lead analytics and automation efforts using Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, and Power Automate.
Ensure AI governance and PHI/PII compliance in dashboards and reports.
