Job summary

SiriusPoint, a leading insurer, seeks an AVP, Business Intelligence Manager in New York. The role leads strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, SQL, AWS Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric.

You will guide a BI team, partner with business and technology leaders, and drive AI-driven decision intelligence across the organization. You will mature cloud-based reporting, ensure data trust, and deliver scalable self-service analytics while

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering with leadership.
• Experience leading managers, engineers, or analysts in large portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain BI roadmap, standards, and delivery approach.
• Embed AI across the BI delivery lifecycle to improve speed and quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop BI engineers and analysts; manage demand and priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Oversee executive dashboards and analytical products across insurance and corporate functions.
