Job summary

LPL Financial seeks an AVP, Business Analyst Manager to lead production support for advisor- and client-facing platforms. You will drive incident management, change governance, and RBAC-aligned release readiness, while coordinating a distributed onshore/offshore team and delivering executive-ready insights to senior technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in technology operations, production support, or business analysis.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a support team.
• Proven ownership of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow incidents, requests, changes, and reporting; familiar with enterprise monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 2/3 triage, escalation, and resolution for advisor- and client-facing applications.
• Own incident, problem, and change management with cross-functional partners.
• Manage onshore/offshore support teams and coordinate status in CAB.
• Oversee monitoring practices (Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite) and ensure proper alert handling.
• Draft executive summaries and risk communications for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement via post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
