State Street is seeking an AVP of Product Management for Private Markets to lead cross-cutting loan platform capabilities across asset classes. The role focuses on data infrastructure, analytics, workflow automation, and AI-assisted due diligence, working with CRPM Product, technology, and operations to deliver scalable client solutions.

The position requires hybrid work (at least 4 days in the office) and a strong track record in private markets loan products, data modeling, and API

Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan product experience in private markets or asset management.
• Strong data and API integration knowledge.
• Experience owning platform-level workstreams with complex technical scope.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Define roadmap for cross-asset loan platform capabilities.
• Analyze third-party loan platforms and data structures for integration.
• Lead agile delivery and manage engineering priorities.
• Define success metrics and report on adoption and data quality.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and clients to deliver solutions.
