Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President in Private Credit to lead solutioning and product development for Private Credit and Structured Products. You will work with commercial and operations teams to deliver end-to-end platforms across asset servicing and credit finance.

Based in Boston, MA, this role emphasizes strategic market analysis, cross-functional teamwork, and collaborative deal design to drive growth across global regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred).
• 7+ years experience desirable Private Credit and/or Structured Product experience needed; either from asset servicing, or directly from within Private Credit and Fund employers.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Client solutioning and continuing to grow our Private Credit and Structured Products offering; collaborate with commercial and operating teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the end-to-end Private Credit operating model and technology stack.
• Define and solution critical deals; ensure relevant SMEs are consulted and design assumptions explored.
• Drive business development and support RFI/RFP responses; develop a robust pipeline.
