State Street Investment Management’s Data, Analytics and AI Services team is seeking an AI Product Management, Vice President, to shape and deliver AI-enabled products across the investment management business. This role bridges business functions and AI engineering teams, translating workflows into scalable product capabilities that drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 15+ years asset management experience in related areas.
• 10+ years product management in asset management.
• 6+ years AI engineering or adjacent AI-related experience.
• 5+ years leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and AI engineering teams to deliver scalable AI products.
• Translate business problems into AI product lines and reusable features.
• Lead AI product implementation with Agile methods and manage roadmaps.
• Review AI deliverables and provide actionable feedback for iteration.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore AI teams to ensure delivery.
