Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an analytical AVP to support the Private Markets including EquityZen, focusing on performance reporting, insights and decision support. You will develop executive dashboards and partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and improve reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in analytics or related field.
• 3+ years analytics and reporting in financial services.
• Experience with executive reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Strong SQL and Python; Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and enhance recurring management reporting and executive dashboards.
• Analyze performance across customer lifecycle; translate into insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal/Compliance and Tech.
• Support forecasting and variance analysis; prepare leadership materials.
• Develop ad hoc analyses for growth opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure data quality, validate sources and document logic.
