Morgan Stanley is seeking an analytical, execution-oriented AVP to support the Private Markets including EquityZen, focusing on performance reporting, business insights and decision support. You will produce executive-ready dashboards, analyze across the customer lifecycle, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal/Compliance and Technology.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 3+ years in analytics within financial services, with strong SQL/Python skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher required.
3+ years in analytics and reporting within financial services.
Experience building executive dashboards tied to business results.
Experience with data platforms and analytics tools (Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Tableau) preferred.
Strong SQL and Python skills with large datasets.
Experience in forecasting, planning or performance reviews.
Attention to data accuracy, controls and reproducible reporting.

Responsabilités

Produce recurring management reporting and dashboards with visibility into performance and trends.
Analyze performance across the customer lifecycle and translate findings into insights.
Define KPIs with stakeholders and maintain consistent metric definitions.
Support forecasting, target setting and leadership materials.
Develop ad hoc analyses to evaluate growth opportunities.
Ensure data quality and resolve data issues with partners.
Manage projects from requirements through delivery and coordinate stakeholders.
