Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs. Qualifications Minimum education requirement; Bachelor degree 3+ years of experience in analytics and reporting roles within financial services. Strong experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards and performance analyses that connect business results to actionable insights. Experience working across modern data platforms and analytics tools; familiarity with environments including Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Tableau strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including producing executive-ready decks that can be used with minimal editing. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on data analytics skills, including the ability to manipulate large datasets, validate results, and defend assumptions. Experience supporting forecasting, planning, pipeline analysis or financial and operating performance reviews. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, controls, documentation and reproducible reporting processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders and tailor the level of detail to the audience. Collaborative and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Technology Knowledge of financial services, venture capital or private markets is preferred.
