The role directs principal gift officers, designs the operating plan, and coordinates with university leadership and volunteers to cultivate and solicit major donors across colleges and units. Strong leadership and strategic fundraising expertise are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree plus six years of fundraising experience
• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of fundraising experience
• Experience leading principal gifts programs and managing a portfolio of major donors

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive university-wide principal gifts program
• Lead and manage principal gift officers and support staff
• Develop and execute an operating plan with measurable goals and benchmarks
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward principal-level donors and prospects
• Represent the University in high-level philanthropic relationships and partnerships
