Job summary

A leading reinsurance provider is seeking an AVP, People Services to lead transformation in HR operations with a focus on payroll in the U.S. and Bermuda. The successful candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in People Operations and must be proficient with WorkDay HCM and HR ticketing platforms. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $155,000 USD and a bonus structure based on performance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in People Operations or HR Services, including U.S. payroll execution.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction environments, particularly Bermuda, is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of U.S. and Bermuda payroll operations.
• Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Champion automation of service delivery tools.
• Analyze surveys and operational metrics to influence workforce strategy.
