Job summary

PrismHR is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) of System Operations to lead entertainment payroll and workforce systems within a PEO environment. You will manage teams delivering system support, testing, SOP governance, and client-ready operations for high-volume clients in film, TV, live events, touring, and episodic work.

You will partner with Technology, Product, Compliance, and Client Services to guarantee compliant, scalable processes and risk mitigation while driving operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in system operations, payroll operations, HR technology, or workforce support.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers, system experts, and/or support specialists.
• Experience supporting enterprise payroll, workforce management, timekeeping, or HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entertainment system operations, including system support, issue resolution, testing, documentation, and training.
• Define service levels and performance metrics for reliable operations across entertainment clients.
• Ensure teams provide frontline support and advanced troubleshooting for high-volume, time-sensitive payroll environments.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and workforce management platform operations.
