Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in commercial insurance compliance, strong leadership, and a track record of managing complex regulatory projects with impact on underwriting and filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 15 years’ experience in a similar role for a commercial insurance carrier.
• Management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities to ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory policies.
• Oversees rates, rules, forms and programs, and underwriting guidelines across states/lines to meet regulations.
• Leads remediation projects and liaises with Legal on regulatory processes.
