WithCoverage is seeking an AVP, P&C in New York or Philadelphia to own client relationships end-to-end and scale a risk vertical. You’ll assess exposures, partake in risk analyses, and deliver tailored solutions with measurable impact.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Product, and Ops to ensure a differentiated client experience, translate needs into actionable underwriting insights, and drive expansion while upholding a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial insurance, risk management, or client advisory roles.
• Confident leading high-stakes client conversations and presenting analyses or proposals.
• Strong critical thinking skills, evaluating complex coverage programs and translating analysis into actionable strategies.
• Curious about how businesses operate and motivated to become a trusted advisor to leaders.
• Strong communicator thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
• Detail-oriented and accountable—own outcomes, not just tasks.
• Coachable and eager to learn; open to feedback and growth.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, driving relationships and exceptional service.
• Build and refine playbooks for your vertical to create repeatable, scalable best practices.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Ops to ensure seamless execution and a differentiated client experience.
• Translate client needs into underwriting, operations, and product insights.
• Track and report key client metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and impact.
