Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is a leading firm delivering personal lines insurance and risk solutions for affluent families in the US, Europe, and Canada. The Assistant Vice President will manage multiple complex clients, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and carriers, and ensure policy compliance with a focus on client service.

This full-time hybrid role requires deep Personal Lines experience, leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Personal Lines experience with High Net Worth client management.
• Experience at an independent agency or retail insurance brokerage.
• Familiarity with Travelers, Progressive, and National Flood Insurance Program.
• Leadership and supervisory experience including training or mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with complex, large clients and carriers.
• Negotiate with carriers for the best possible results.
• Collaborate with internal/external centers of influence to grow relationships.
• Develop regional client deliverables with Senior Leadership and ensure delivery.
• Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high-profile clients; manage team workload.
