Job summary

Nationwide’s National Partners team seeks a leader to build enduring relationships with top national agencies and brokers. You will shape strategic partnerships, align objectives across Nationwide, and guide growth initiatives with executive leadership to drive profitability and market share.

You will manage a diverse team, foster collaboration with business units, and contribute to long-term enterprise strategy while traveling within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing or related field.
• License/Certification/Designation: CPCU or similar designation desirable.
• Experience: 10+ years in insurance sales, financial services, management.
• Knowledge/Abilities: Communicate with senior executives and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maximizes relationships with CEO, COO, and EVP level leadership of top insurance brokerage firms.
• Develops and leads a diversified team of business development professionals to drive growth.
• Creates strategic and tactical plans to grow revenue and profit across Nationwide.
• Leads delivery of Nationwide capabilities to focus firms; collaborates with executives and leadership teams.
• Consults and drives the distribution model with national firms and observes market changes.
