Qualifications

• Ten or more years’ insurance sales, financial services, management experience.
• Knowledge of agent and broker operations and strong communication with senior executives.
• Leadership and strategic thinking across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maximizes relationships with CEO, COO, and EVP level leadership of top brokerage firms.
• Develops and leads a diversified team driving growth and profit targets.
• Provides consultation to connect decision makers and maximize opportunities.
• Promotes diversity and stewarding cultural change across Nationwide.
