Numisma Bank is a U.S.-based financial institution seeking an AVP Sales and Trading to lead LATAM client coverage in FX, payments, banknotes, and emerging markets solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, money service businesses, hedge funds, asset managers, and corporate clients throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in banking, financial markets, FX or payments sales or similar client-facing role.
• Proven revenue generation in FX and/or payments.
• Strong LATAM market knowledge and network across institutions and corporates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, money service businesses, and corporate clients across Latin America.
• Generate new business and revenue through FX, cross-border payments, and treasury solutions.
• Identify strategic opportunities to expand Numisma Bank's LATAM franchise.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Treasury, Compliance and Risk for top-tier client service.
• Provide market intelligence and tailored solutions based on clients' FX and payments needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent Numisma Bank at industry events and client meetings across the region.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
