Job summary

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Joint Operations Centre Specialist - AVP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available).

Deliver prompt, resourced cyber, security and business incident management services, provide triage, escalation and audience-tailored communications. You will monitor dashboards, coordinate with TCC and other teams to prevent business interruptions and ensure operational stability across Barclays services.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident management and security operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time security incidents and emergencies.
• Develop and coordinate incident response plans and contingencies.
• Collaborate with security operations, facility management and vendors.
• Implement and enforce security policies during incidents.
• Conduct training and drills for Joint Operations Centre staff.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain situational awareness.
