Barclays Services Corp. seeks a Technology Lead - AVP in Whippany, NJ to design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot–based applications and microservices for financial crime monitoring, ensuring performance and reliability.

You'll implement AWS cloud environments, build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, and leverage Databricks for data processing. Experience with Generative AI and OpenShift is a plus; you'll lead agile teams and mentor engineers.
