Job summary

State Street is seeking an Insurance Professional Services AVP to support client onboarding and conversion initiatives for our software solutions in New Jersey. You will work with clients to prepare data conversion templates and coordinate across teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of project milestones.

The role emphasizes client-focused analysis, data-driven decision making, and a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five or more years of investment accounting experience.
• Knowledge of insurance accounting principles and regulatory reporting; PAM preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and conversion projects to State Street software solutions.
• Define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates to align with software requirements.
• Identify, resolve and escalate project issues while assessing risk and impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute deliverables and requirements.
• Contribute to multiple engagements, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
• Define enhancements to internal processes, procedures, and controls.
• Educate clients on State Street functionality and participate in remote and onsite engagements.
