Job summary

State Street Alpha Services Optimization & Strategy is seeking qualified individuals with strong experience in documentation creation, project management, analysis, system flows and business architecture to help develop the foundational processes for client engagements and implementations of the industry’s first front-to-back client servicing platform.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented and be able to move seamlessly between multiple projects and changing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required; 5–10 years financial industry experience across front office, middle (IBOR) and back office systems, services and data domains.
• Experience integrating with industry software providers to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Bloomberg PORT, CRD, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software).
• Results-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and lead team efforts.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create repeatable and scalable processes, procedures, and artifacts for Front-to-Back client engagements and implementations.
• Critically analyze and improve existing collateral, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee key client deals to ensure successful conversion of services and compare requirements against industry standards.
• Champion best practices and drive adoption across the organization with cross-functional teams.
• Manage central databases across dimensions that support Front-to-Back Capabilities.
• Become a product and platform SME on State Street’s Front-to-Back platform.
